How do you ensure the designs and merchandise accurately reflect our company's culture and values?

We begin with an investigation and discovery of your company. Immerse ourselves in your company's culture, values and current goals. We even try (if you allow) to talk to some of your people to gather insight into how your company runs and how your people feel about its current identity. Our aim is to bring all those details come together into tangible designs which when looked at, make you feel like your company's identity is made physical and resonates with your workforce.

Can we customize the service packages to fit our specific needs and budget?

Absolutely! While we offer tiered packages ranging from $1,500 to $20,000, we understand that each company has unique needs. We are flexible and can tailor our services to better align with your specific requirements and budget constraints, ensuring you receive maximum value.
For example, if you wish for minimal design help or none at all, but still required a large total order of merchandise (shirts, coins, etc.) to be made with what you have on hand, then the minimal service package is the right choice for you. Based on how many total units of merchandise you need will determine the overall total cost, with high total units bringing down the cost of each unit and vise versa. 

What is the typical timeline for completing a project from initial contact to final delivery?

The timeline can vary based on the project's complexity and your specific needs. However, our general process is:

  • Initial Consultation: Within the first week.
  • Design Phase: Within the first week to develop initial concepts.
  • Prototype Production: 1-2 weeks after design approval.
  • Feedback and Refinement: Timeframe depends on the number of revisions.
  • Final Production and Delivery: 2-4 weeks after final design approval.

Overall, projects typically take 2-4 weeks from start to finish

However, when developing a designs, we can only work as fast as you and or your company can acknowledge any changes made either to designs and final production quantity required.

That said, when final production is approved, we move immediately into production, sourcing materials and determining the best shipping methods and or timing for your needs.

What types of merchandise and apparel can you produce? Do you accommodate custom requests like resin pucks with embedded materials?

We offer a wide range of merchandise and apparel options, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel: T-shirts, jackets, hats, uniforms.
  • Merchandise: Coins, accessories, promotional items.
  • Custom Creations: Unique items like resin pucks encapsulating aircraft materials, tailored specifically to represent your company's essence. 

We are open to exploring innovative and custom requests to ensure your merchandise is truly one-of-a-kind. With experimentation done in house, we keep you up-to-date with any changes and will kindly suggest improvements to make your merchandise stand out to your people. 

How does the collaboration and feedback process work during the design and production phases?

Our process is highly collaborative:

  • Design Creation: We present initial concepts based on our cultural discovery.
  • Feedback Integration: You review the designs and provide feedback.
  • Revisions: We refine the designs accordingly, with multiple revision rounds available depending on your package.
  • Approval: Final designs are approved by you before moving to production.
  • Regular Updates: Throughout production, we keep you informed to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

    We work by email notification and or text notification at a no-need-reply bases. We will keep you informed day to day with the steps we take. The higher tiered packages, you will have direct access to our design team to ensure timely revisions and adjustments to your request.  

Do you have experience working with other aerospace companies and can you provide exampels or case studies?

Yes, we specialize in serving aerospace companies and have partnered with various organizations in the industry. While we respect our clients' confidentiality, we can share anonymized case studies or examples of past projects that demonstrate our capability to capture and represent the unique culture of aerospace businesses.

We can share examples of custom merchandise that SD&A has made for its aerospace customers, directly with you after you have filled out a contact form located above. 

The nature of aerospace can mean confidentiality is required from us, so we will provided what has been explicity approved to be shared. Thank you for understanding.

What are the payment terms available?

We offer flexible payment options:

  • Standard Payment Terms: Typically, a 50% deposit upfront returnable, and the remaining 50% after final production is approved.*
  • Early Payment Incentives: A 10% discount for full payment upfront.
  • Customized Plans: We are open to discussing terms that best suit your financial processes.
  • We offer flexible negotiations for designs, please contact us today to get current available pricing depending on what you require. 


    *After final production is explicitly approved, then all cost of manufactured product is nonrefundable. For example, after we have begun making merchandise and apparel, anything manufactured is nonrefundable. Though, additional manufacturing can be cancelled.

    However, if there is damage to any and all merchandise we will refund you the per unit cost or remake said damage merchandise at no additional cost.

How do you handle confidentiality and protect proprietary information during the project?

We take confidentiality very seriously:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): We are willing to sign NDAs to formalize our commitment to protecting your information.
  • Secure Data Handling: All proprietary information and materials are stored securely and only accessed by essential team members.
  • Discretion: We ensure that any sensitive details shared during the project remain confidential, both during and after the collaboration.
