1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
We will also keep you up-to-date with your shipment(s) by email or sms.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For Custom Orders, we can make any changes until you have approved production, however, after production is agreed upon, no changes can be made thereafter. However, for any potential additions to the order, no additional setup cost will be charged to you, only the per unit cost and shipping.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. Though, we are real human beings so you might catch around.
